Nope. Decorah too far from the Mississippi. No tire dipping there.
The ride has never ended there before.

They ment D as last OVERNIGHT town . Friday .

D has Nordic fest same time as RAGBRAI . I have been told by a few people that the town wants one but not both crowds . And although RAGBRAI and Nordic fest have overlapped in the past , the town only wants Nordic fest .

You are right - they meant Decorah on Friday. Lansing as end city? You really think they would go back there?
